It is as if those internal energy channels where our physical or emotional tensions accumulate are being cleansed, giving rise to a freer flow of vital energy. And in that flow, healing occurs naturally since our body is in harmony necessary for it.
A voice-guided meditation for beginners will be advisable.
How do you meditate to self-heal by dissolving physical and emotional tensions?
You can do this meditation by sitting or lying, whatever you prefer. Take a comfortable posture.
Bring all your attention to your body. Scan your interior, curious about what sensations are present in it.
Focus on your sensations, such as tension, blockages, and discomfort. Your physical and emotional stresses are now manifesting in your body through those more or less uncomfortable sensations.
I invite you to permit yourselves to experience and respectfully welcome them for the moment. Ask them to be where they are, where they are. These are parts of yourself that need your attention, support and affection. Let them know you're there with and for them.
Now I invite you to breathe into your heart, visualizing how the inhalation air enters your chest and your heart, a great white and luminous light constantly flowing into your body. Feel the energy of love in that light. Also, feel the subtle stream of air from your breath entering your heart.
As you do so, I invite you to visualize how in each exhalation, you send that loving light into the tense parts of your interior that you were feeling before. Feel as each exhalation caresses with care and affection each of these parts with that luminous love that enters your chest, allowing them to soften in these caresses.
Keep going at your own pace for another couple of breaths. Inhale and feel that luminous love entering through your chest and, with the exhalation, feel how that energy is focused on each of those tense points, caressing it with affection.
Now you can let that light that enters your heart dissolve and expand homogeneously throughout your body, softening and softening it. Permit yourself to relax in it, feeling an overall sense of harmony.
