That is the question, and it is not rhetorical. The sessions that fill are the ones somebody asked for; the ones we invent on our own tend to have four people in a room for eight.
Something practical, learnable in two hours, and useful without anyone being assessed. Breathing. Managing a desk-bound neck. What to do with a body that will not settle at night. Simple movement for people who have stopped moving.
Anything that needs someone to look at your particular situation. That is an appointment, and running it as a group would be doing it badly for everyone in the room.
And anything whose real purpose is to sell something afterwards.
Something specific to around here — a workplace in the village, a community group, a school parents' association — is easier to schedule than a general topic, because the audience already exists. If you can bring six people, say so.
We keep every suggestion. When several people ask for something similar, it goes in the calendar and whoever suggested it hears first. If it cannot work, we will tell you why.
