Booking a place

Local, and that is the point

These run in Lane Cove, which means you can walk or park nearby and be home afterwards without having crossed the bridge. People keep up what is close to them; that is most of what makes a workshop useful rather than a nice afternoon.

What happens

A small group, a couple of hours, and something practical you can take home. Teaching, not treatment — nobody is assessed and nobody is needled.

If what you actually need is an appointment, book one. We will tell you if that is what you are describing.

What to wear and bring

Whatever you can move in, if there is movement involved. Water. Nothing else.

Cancelling

Let us know as early as you can and we will move you to another date. A fee may apply very close to the day, because the place goes unused. If we cancel, you choose a refund or a transfer.

Numbers

Groups are small on purpose: if a session is about doing something rather than hearing about it, everyone has to be seen while they try it. That also means a workshop can be cancelled for low numbers, and if that happens you choose between a refund and another date.

Say if you need the room arranged differently

Stairs, seating, hearing, how long you can stand. Tell us at booking rather than on the day and it is arranged before you arrive.
