New Patients
Complete your patient intake questionnaire online in your preferred language. This lets Dr Shen review your history before your appointment and maximise your treatment time.
Allow 90 minutes for your initial consultation. Dr Shen will take your pulse, examine your tongue, complete your health history and provide your first treatment, all in one visit.
Loose, comfortable clothing you can roll up to the elbows and knees. Many acupuncture points are on the lower arms and legs — easy access makes treatment more efficient.
EFTPOS, credit card and cash accepted. Bring your private health fund card for immediate HICAPS rebates on acupuncture. Please check your fund's Chinese medicine inclusions.
If herbal medicine is prescribed, you'll receive your formula before leaving with clear instructions. Granules, capsules or raw herbs available depending on preference and condition.
