Classical acupuncture at Lane Cove is not a generic needle-in-the-back-and-out-the-door treatment. Dr Shen selects each point based on your individual TCM diagnosis — drawing on classical texts including the Ling Shu and Nei Jing, combined with years of clinical intuition.

Dr Shen prescribes classical herbal formulas — multi-ingredient, multi-target prescriptions refined over 2,000 years of clinical practice. All herbs are TGA-listed, quality-certified and tested for purity. Formulas are adjusted at every consultation as your pattern evolves.
Available as concentrated granules (dissolve in hot water), capsules, or traditional raw decoctions. Formulas can be posted nationwide for telehealth patients.

The 90-minute Diagnostic Consultation is Dr Shen's signature offering — the most thorough assessment most patients have ever received. Using the classical Four Pillars of TCM diagnosis, she builds a complete picture of your health pattern, identifying the root cause of your complaints and mapping a clear treatment path forward.
